Job Description: Spare Parts Sales Salesman/ Junior Executive- Aftermarket

Location: Abu Dhabi/Al Ain, UAE

Department: Sales

Reporting To: Sales Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Spare Parts Sales Executive with Aftermarket parts experience to join our team. The role involves developing and expanding business within the independent aftermarket segment, focusing on spare parts outlets, workshops, and fleet customers. The ideal candidate will have relevant UAE market experience, strong customer relationships, and the ability to drive sales growth through field-based activities. It is an excellent opportunity to grow within dynamic & expanding business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with spare parts dealers, workshops, and fleet customers in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain region.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
• Promote and sell aftermarket spare parts in line with company strategies.
• Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and customer engagement.
• Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback.
• Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries, quotations, and order execution.
• Coordinate internally with supply chain and operations teams to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market developments.
• Ensure timely collections from customers in line with the company’s credit policy and agreed payment terms.

Requirements
• 2-4 years of experience in aftermarket spare parts sales within the UAE.
• Proven experience in outdoor/field sales.
• Existing network and relationships within spare parts shops, workshops, and fleet customers preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi (Arabic will be an added advantage).
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
